Our Customer Service Department communicates with our customers through multiple channels: through messaging, on the phone and by email. Every transaction offers the opportunity to ensure the customers' needs are met and they are happy. This is a full time position Monday through Friday.   If you are a pro-active problem solver this position is for you!

  • File Postal Claims
  • Address Private Label Product Reviews
  • Monitor Accounts for Failed Refunds and Fraud Orders
  • Forward Listing Inconsistencies
  • Process Reshipments and Returns
  • Process Order Cancellations
  • A to Z, Paypal, and eBay Cases
  • Authorize Returns for Amazon and eBay



What you need to land the job

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and Google Chrome apps
