Administrative HR Assistant

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am to 1 pm

What we want you to know about this position

As an Administrative HR Assistant you will be instrumental in building the culture of our company and you be the first impression of Weisser Distributing by phone and in person. This position requires a tech-savy individual to assist in automating our human resource processes.

What we want you to do

  • Greet customers, vendors and visitors and assist with their needs
  • Answer and screen incoming calls and route to the correct department
  • Manage our breakfast, snack and beverage program for our employees
  • Assist in new hire, benefit, and performance appraisal administration
  • Assist with administrative task such as supply ordering, scanning and managing calendars
  • Assist with event planning while promoting an awesome culture

  • More than comfortable with Microsoft Excel and Word and experienced in data analysis
