Outside Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a full time Outside Sales Coordinator.  This position will troubleshoot issues within the department, work with other departments to streamline processes and help lead the department to reach sales goals. Previous experience working in a warehouse setting and with a sales team would be ideal.   

Some of the tasks that you’ll perform on a daily basis include, but are not limited to:

  • Cycle counting
  • Requesting product
  • Assisting salesmen in requests
  • Finding product
  • Creating invoices
  • Collaborating with receiving, purchasing and warehouse teams
  • Delegating deliveries  
  • Training truck loading teams
  • Tracking of loss of sale items

  • Basic Accounting Knowledge
  • Forklift Experience is a Plus!
  • Strong Computer Skills Including Excel
