Eric Weisser – CEO
After joining his father in the tool sales business, Eric helped grow the operation from its early days serving local body shops into the modern distribution and e-commerce company it is today.
With experience spanning the automotive industry and omni-channel commerce, Eric brings expertise in marketing strategy, SEO, customer experience, and integrated brand growth. His leadership continues to drive Weisser Distributing forward while staying true to the company’s roots; supporting customers with reliable products, strong partnerships, and exceptional service.
Jason Lovro – COO
Jason’s journey with Weisser Distributing reflects the company’s culture of growth and opportunity. He began as the company’s FBA Manager, later advancing through roles including E-Commerce Manager, Director of Operations, and Vice President of Operations before stepping into his current role as COO. His deep understanding of the business; from warehouse operations to online marketplace strategy; helps drive efficiency, innovation, and collaboration across the organization.
Ann Traphagen – Dir. of Partner Solutions
As Director of Partner Solutions at Weisser Distributing, Ann Traphagen helps bridge the gap between logistics operations and e-commerce strategy. She leads the development of 3PL partnerships and works closely with teams to integrate warehouse operations, Amazon marketplace strategy, and backend technology into streamlined, scalable systems.
Ann designs scalable solutions that grow with partners as their businesses expand.
Jayd Docken – Dir. of Operations
Over the years he has worn many hats; serving as ChannelAdvisor Support Specialist, Technology Coordinator, and E-Commerce Operations Manager before stepping into his current role as Director of Operations. Jayd plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly at Weisser Distributing.
With experience spanning systems, sales support, and warehouse operations, Jayd helps keep processes aligned and the business running smoothly from order placement to shipment.
Lee Pekoske – Ecommerce Director
Lee Pekoske serves as General Counsel and E-Commerce Director at Weisser Distributing, where he helps guide the company’s sales strategy and brand partnerships. Over the years, Lee has held several key roles within the organization, including Senior Brand Manager and Purchasing Manager, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both the operational and strategic sides of the business.
In his current roles, Lee works closely with the sales team to manage vendor relationships, inventory purchasing, and ensure pricing strategies remain competitive across marketplaces.
Brayden Smith – Brand Partnerships
Brayden leads efforts to build and strengthen strategic relationships with the brands the company represents. With over a decade of professional experience, Brayden focuses on driving growth through data-driven strategy, strong communication, and collaborative problem solving.
During his time at Weisser Distributing, Brayden has held roles including Strategic Growth Manager and Private Label Manager, developing expertise in project management, marketplace strategy, and performance-focused initiatives. Today, he works closely with cross-functional teams to support brand partners and identify new opportunities for sustainable growth.
Dalton Homeier – Dir. of Purchasing
As Director of Purchasing at Weisser Distributing, Dalton Homeier oversees sourcing strategy and vendor partnerships for the company’s expanding product catalog. With over nine years of procurement experience, Dalton specializes in negotiating supplier agreements, optimizing purchasing processes, and developing scalable procurement strategies.
His work helps ensure the company maintains strong supplier relationships while supporting inventory availability and continued growth across multiple sales channels.
Tom Wilka – Dir. of Finance / Controller
Tom serves as Director of Finance and Controller at Weisser Distributing, where he oversees the company’s financial operations and reporting. He manages cash flow, monitors company assets, and helps ensure financial decisions support the company’s long-term stability and growth.
Tom also works closely with leadership to track inventory performance, analyzing how products move through the warehouse and ensuring purchasing and inventory strategies remain financially sound.
Josh Arntz – Warehouse Manager
Throughout his career, Josh has held roles including Shipping Manager, Warehouse Manager, and Production Manager, developing deep experience in inventory management, logistics, and team leadership.
He currently sits as Warehouse Manager at Weisser Distributing, where he oversees day-to-day warehouse operations and ensures products move efficiently from receiving to shipment. With more than a decade of experience in warehouse and distribution center operations, Josh brings strong leadership and operational expertise to the team.
